In-service teacher training

Project S.A.M.M. is an interactive, participatory, upbeat workshop that combines the arts and sciences in a way children can be totally immersed in the learning. Along with a slide show showing Penni's inexpensive manipulative tactile sandboxes and water tables with home-made equipment and learning toys, thrown into the mix are songs like "Trees", memory games like "Pack a Snack", and heart-felt stories of successes about kids who may otherwise be slipping through the cracks. She'll show you documented photographs of the marvelous WONDERlabs she has set up in schools and libraries to help families get in touch with the Arts & Sciences.
